Carrie Mashaney (Top Chef Season 11 and Chef de Cuisine at Aragona) may spend most of her professional life cooking contemporary Spanish dishes, but she still loves a great burger. 1: Painted Hills Beef Burger from Quinn's Pub: It's all about the meat with bacon, cheese, mayo and an insanely soft bun. I like to eat this burger nice and bloody.
