You don't need to roast a whole turkey for Thanksgiving. It's all about being with loved ones...and eating until it hurts. For something burger-themed, try making turkey burgers that don't suck topped with Thanksgiving-themed fixings like the world's easiest cranberry sauce, dead simple turkey gravy, or fried brussels sprouts. Serve it with crispy smashed duck fat-fried potatoes or the best roasted sweet potatoes.
There's also White Castle's famous stuffing recipe made with 10 White Castle hamburgers (sans pickles), celery, thyme, sage, black pepper, and chicken broth. According to their website, next Monday they're offering a $1 off coupon for a 10-piece sack of Sliders for the holiday.
