The latest issue of The New Yorker features a profile with New York City-based British chef April Bloomfield, most famous in the burger world for her grilled Roquefort-topped burger at The Spotted Pig. Bloomfield is also executive chef at The Breslin, whose burgers were favorably reviewed by AHT's Nick Solares this past summer.
