Today's special burger at Rub BBQ is the Green Chile Burger ($7.50), their take on the Bobcat Bite's world-famous green chile-topped burger in New Mexico. (Chef Andrew Fischel had 15 pounds of Hatch Green Chiles flown in from New Mexico for tonight's burger.) You can get it with or without white American cheese.
