AHT reader Brian G. sent us this photo of a Fatty Melt-esqe burger from Hudson Tavern in Hoboken, New Jersey, made of two bacon grilled cheese sandwiches-for-buns, a patty topped with more cheese and bacon, and a fried egg cooked over medium.
It's not officially on the restaurant's menu yet, but they call it the Hudson Hangover and have served about five of these burgers over the past few weeks. The burger is still a work in progress; they add something new to it each time they make it, and it doesn't have a set price yet. If it becomes more popular, they may add it to their menu.
