I have a burger question that I have been trying to research on the internet to no avail. It's about McDonalds regionalism.
I grew up in Miami and now live in NYC. In Miami, when you order a hamburger at McDonald's, it comes topped with ketchup, mustard, pickle, and onion. Here in NYC, it only comes with ketchup, onions and pickles. A brief survey revealed that in Long Island and Wisconsin, there is no mustard on their burgers, while in Michigan, theirs have mustard. I was hoping you could tackle this regional mustard map.

Seems like there's a love/hate relationship with mustard at McDonald's. Can anyone else chime in about the default hamburger toppings from their local McDonald's?
