NYC: Head to Whitman's in the East Village for Pimento Cheese-Stuffed Burgers and More
If nothing else, Whitman's deserves credit for their dedication to Burger Craft. The small burger joint sources their beef from no less than three different vendors and their bread from at least two. Further, they employ three different cooking techniques while drawing inspiration from a variety of regional styles. This would all be for naught if their burgers were lackluster, but aside from one curious composition I found the opposite to be the case.
