2012 SoBe Burger Bash Winners: Michael Symon, Whisk, and Guy Fieri

Congratulations to Michael Symon of Cleveland's B Spot for winning the People's Choice Award at last Friday's South Beach Wine and Food Festival Burger Bash for the third year in a row. This year he made the Porky Burger, a pork and bacon burger topped with pulled pork and coleslaw. Last year he won for his Yo! Burger topped with fried salami, provolone cheese, shasha sauce, and pickled onion; the year before he won for his Fat Doug burger topped with Swiss, pastrami, and coleslaw. More

Winners of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival's Burger Bash

Congratulations to the winners of last night's Amstel Light Burger Bash at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival in Miami. For the second year in a row, Michael Symon won the People's Choice Award, this time for his Yo! Burger topped with fried salami, provolone cheese, shasha sauce, and pickled onion. He also won the award for Best Dressed Burger. The Yo! Burger is available at Symon's Ohio-based burger joint, B Spot (reviewed on AHT last year). More
