Truth Hammer: On Mark Bittman's Decidedly Un-Minimalist Burgers

Mark "The Minimalist" Bittman's piece on "sausages in burger form" in the New York Times today has caused much grumbling at AHT headquarters. The premise—and I'm paraphrasing here—is that plain ol' all-beef burgers are boring and that pork- or lamb- or even shrimp-pork shumai-burgers kick beef-burger ass.
