Burgers come in all shapes and sizes, from mini burgers with pint-sized patties, all the way up to massive burgers with a full pound of meat. What's your favorite size? Let us know in this week's poll.
Results from last week's poll
In last week's poll about how often you eat burgers, one to three times a month was the most popular response, with 43 percent of the vote. In second place was once a week (23 percent), followed by less than once a month (20 percent), two to three times a week (11 percent), and over three times a week (3 percent). Here are a few comments that stood out:
Once a week. Usually smashed burgers either topped with caramelized onions or a fried egg. They are inexpensive, easy, and flavorful. I'd cook them every night if my wife would let me!
I want to eat burgers at least once a week, my waistline wants me to have them once a year, and I wind up actually having them 2-3 times a month, usually.
Usually once a week - we grill 1/4 lb. 90/10 local grass fed beef. That's usually our entire beef and/or meat consumption for the week so I feel that I should get what I want when I want beef. Maybe I'll get a burger out once or twice a year (but I'm picky so..)
Note: the poll remains open, so these numbers may shift slightly in the future.
