Good news for Angelenos who've been daydreaming about getting a taste of the latest burger craze. Ramen burger creator Keizo Shimamoto will be serving the buzzed-about burgers at the Mitsuwa Market in Torrance at 21515 S. Western Avenue (map) this Saturday.
A limited run of 500 ramen burgers will be available for $8 each on a first come, first served basis, starting at 11 a.m. If the response is anything like what happened when the ramen burger debuted at Smorgasburg in Brooklyn, you'll want to get there early.
On his blog, goramen.com, Shimamoto says he's excited for his fellow Angelinos (including his mom) to get a taste of a real ramen burger, and notes that ramen burgers will also be served at Smorgasburg in Williamsburg this Saturday.
