Fast food has a few major benefits: it's cheap, convenient, and for the most part, easily accessible. But, with so many chains vying for your burger dollar, how loyal are you to your favorite fast food burger chain? Do you always make a point to go to your first pick, or do factors like special promotions or just being closer to another option come into play? Take this week's poll and let us know.

Last week, we asked your thoughts about fries as a burger topping. Here's what a few AHT'ers had to say:

No way, no how, never under any circumstances. That goes for potato chips too.

Well it depends on the burger. A fast food joint, sure. A really good, well-designed and brilliantly balanced burger prepared by someone who actually cares and made from good ingredients? Probably not.

It works for the California burrito, so why not? I'm not saying it's going to work for every burger, but there's nothing inherently wrong with the concept.

Poll Results

The majority of AHT'ers (58 percent) said they think fries should stick to being a side dish, while 42 percent of AHT'ers are open to the idea of fries as a topping for burgers.

Note: the poll remains open, so these numbers may shift slightly in the future.
