A Table of Burgers
A press preview showed the burger and cocktail menu at the chain's first New York location.
The Original Umami Burger ($12)
Topped with a Parmesan crisp, shiitake mushroom, roasted tomato, caramelized onion, and a housemade ketchup.
Five Spice Duck Burger ($12)
Unique to the West Village location. Made with parsnip, five-spice powder, Madagascar pepper, apple and peach chutney, and garlic mayo.
Truffle Burger ($12.50)
Roasted garlic aioli, house truffle cheese, and truffle glaze.
Ahi Tuna Burger ($15)
Seared ahi tuna, sprouts, crushed avocado, ginger carrots, wasabi flakes, and wasabi tartar.
These are sample sizes of tots on left and truffled fries on right. Tots will be sold for $4.50, regular fries for $3.50 (add $2 for truffle cheese).
Named after NYU's mascot, this cocktail delivers a full payload D'Usse VSOP cognac in the guise of sweet iced tea.
The Bloody Mary is a homage to the 21 Club, which some claim was the originator of the drink—a disputed fact.
Banquettes and booths line the perimeter of the room.
There is another dining room on the second floor.
