"For the Super Bowl, I made a batch of bacon and cheese-stuffed burgers. I used 80/20 ground beef, and mixed in a special 'Magic Dust' dry rub from Mike Mills of Peace, Love, and Barbecue (I use it on EVERYTHING, and it's a showstopper). Once I mixed the rub into the beef, I placed it into my Stufz burger press, creating a pocket which I filled with diced bacon and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. They came out absolutely massive; this photo is after I split each burger into two smaller patties." —Mike Kranzler
