Available for a limited time at McDonald's China is the German Sausage Double Beef Burger featuring two beef patties, two sausages, and mustard. The burger along costs ¥17.50 (about $2.80), or get a combo with one of these coupons.

Brand Eating points out it's similar to the Nuremburger occasionally offered at McDonald's Germany that's made with three Nuremberg sausages, fried onions, and mustard.
