Chris Madrid, founder of famous San Antonio burger joint Chris Madrid's, died this past Sunday at 61 due to an enlarged heart caused by high blood pressure, reports San Antonio Express-News. Chris Madrid's will have regular opening hours all week, except on Wednesday when a funeral Mass will take place at 1 p.m. at the Chapel of the Incarnate Word (4503 Broadway). There's also an evening service tonight at 7 p.m. at University United Methodist Church (5084 De Zavala Road). Instead of flowers, donations are requested for Mount Sacred Heart High School (619 Mt.
