It's white truffle season, which means it's time to shave those truffles on top of burgers to increase the price by a bagillion percent. Umami Burger is now offering the $100 MNO (Money is No Object) Burger featuring a grass-fed wagyu patty topped with Grade-A Hudson Valley foie gras, onion marmalade, reduced 1977 Croft Vintage Port, and about a quarter-inch of freshly shaved Italian white truffles. The burger is only available for private parties reserved in advance—25-person minimum if you're eating at the restaurant, 50-person minimum if you want them to bring the burgers to you.
