We don't usually post about Rub BBQ's special Monday night burgers (although we do like them), but since Kenji and I just tried it earlier today (during a complimentary burger tasting for our upcoming Fatty Melt Day) and I have burger porn to share with you, here you go! Tonight's special burger available until 9 p.m. is the Blackened Burger ($9.25) featuring a charred Cajun-spiced patty topped with cheddar cheese and chili pepper relish (don't worry; it gives it a little kick, but it's not too spicy).
