In the January 2011 issue of GQ, Alam Richman names the ten best new restaurants in the US. Although Richman doesn't mention it, two of those restaurants serve burgers—and we happen to have coverage of both burgers on AHT!

At number five is Portland's Grüner: Adam Lindsley described their burger as one of the best in the city and "worthy of obsession." The other burger comes from the number ten restaurant, Chicago's Longman and Eagle: Daniel Zeman's thought their burger had great meat, but it'd be better with a different bun and a duck egg on top.
