This week Wall Street Journal did a feature on celebrity chef burger joints from Laurent Tourondel, Richard Blais, Hubert Keller, Bobby Flay, Marcus Samuelsson, and Emeril Lagasse, but didn't give much insight into how the burgers actually taste.
