The latest issue of The New Yorker features a profile with New York City-based British chef April Bloomfield, most famous in the burger world for her grilled Roquefort-topped burger at The Spotted Pig. (To refresh your memory, as we're big fans of the burger: make it at home, get it without cheese, or, at your own risk, put on your own cheese). Bloomfield is also executive chef at The Breslin, whose burgers were favorably reviewed by AHT's Nick Solares this past summer.
