Pub and Kitchen in Philadelphia just retired their Windsor Burger to make way for the sautéed onion-topped Churchill Burger ($18) made with an eight-ounce custom beef blend patty from Pat LaFrieda, a first for the city. (Other restaurants in Philly—The Continental, Coco's, and Jones, to name a few—serve Pat LaFrieda burgers that aren't custom blended.) Other places that serve custom-blended Pat LaFrieda patties include Minetta Tavern and The Spotted Pig in New York City. Read more about the burger at Philadelphia City Paper's food blog, Meal Ticket.

If you get to try the new burger, let us know how it is!
