Today's Special Burger at Rub BBQ: Banh Mi Burger

Today's special burger at Rub BBQ is the Banh Mi Burger ($9.25), featuring a beef patty made of Rub's proprietary blend mixed with shallots, garlic, ground peanuts, fish sauce, and coconut milk. It's topped with housemade Asian barbecued pork, housemade paté, pickled daikon, carrot, and cilantro, and served on a baguette with an Asian aioli.
