Call them "fusion burgers" or "ethnicized burgers" or what have you. You know what they are. Like the pizzaburger I just wrote about or like a "Swiss burger," a "Texas burger," or even a "Mexican burger," they're hamburgers whose toppings are ingredients you'd see in another cuisine or regional dish or in someone's idea of another cuisine.
