This past Sunday our Burger Lab correspondent Kenji Lopez-Alt cooked 500 sliders for New York City's Meatopia event. After all the meat was gone, he was left with griddles covered in slider-flavored goo. What does one do with all that cheesy, oniony, beefy goo? Scoop it up with buns. "We had people asking for extra buns just so they could help us clean this gunk off and eat it!" says Kenji. Mmmm.
