In this interview from Chicago Tribune, chef Marcus Samuelsson of C-House and Marc Burger in Chicago talks about winning Top Chef Masters, his best meal in Chicago, the World Cup, and burgers (starts around the 3 minute mark). In particular, he describes the components of his perfect burger: potato bun toasted in butter, green fried tomato, blue cheese mayonnaise (not positive if this is what he says—let me know if I'm wrong), caramelized onions, 6-ounce beef patty, and a fried egg.
