Next Tuesday, April 13, Rub BBQ is holding their third monthly burger seminar hosted by Josh Ozersky, James Beard Award-winning hamburger expert and author of The Hamburger: A History. Ozersky will hold a tasting of three different regional burgers and different beef blends, cover cooking methods, and offer tales and insights on the advanced frontier of hamburger experimentation.
