I found this new little spot via Google when searching for new burger joints. It's a fairly small store located in a large shopping area. There are five tables that seem to work best as a communal dining experience. The place is bright and clean and the owners are very friendly.

The burgers are made with 1/3-pound patties made of fresh sirloin meat. The patties had a very dense packed texture reminiscent of frozen patties, but were very beefy in flavor. They charbroil their burgers so you get a nice taste of the grill, and they season the beef well enough, but not so much that it hides the beefy flavor. All burgers come topped with fresh iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onion, and house sauce. The house sauce was underwhelming and seemed like a watered down mayo with no real flavor, while the rest of the toppings got kind of lost in the burger. But man, it was beefy! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and was pleasantly surprised to find that the bacon didn't overpower the burger.

They have your standard burger varieties as well as an Angus burger, and a burger with pastrami on it. They also have a few hot subs, wraps, and some of the best looking fish and chips I've seen in a while. The shoestring fries were done to perfection and very good when piping hot.

All in all I was pleased with this restaurant. They offer very beefy burgers with good fries and I was out of there for under $10. A very good find indeed in Redmond. —KingBoo
