New York City-based private chef Stephane Lemagnen shows you how to make an awesome lamb burger in his latest post on Zen Can Cook. Inspired by the lamb burger from The Breslin, he made his own version of the burger made of lamb (and optional veal) mixed with onion and parsley, and topped with cumin mayo, baby arugula, red onion, and feta cheese.
