Fellow food blogger Jason Perlow of Off the Broiler contributed to the "Secret Menu Patters" at Sliders in Mahwah, New Jersey, with the Double Bacon Bomb, double-patty mini burgers topped with bacon, cheese, and fried onions. Luckily, my mom lives near Sliders; I'll try to check it out next time I visit her.
