Happy Australia Day!

January 26 marks Australia's national day, so Happy Australia Day!...unless you live in Australia, in which case it's already the 27th.
For those of us on the other side of the world, you can still celebrate Australian Day by eating an Aussie-themed burger topped with "the lot," which includes lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, fried egg, bacon, beet, and pineapple. Don't knock it 'til you've tried it. You can make it at home, or if you live near an Australian restaurant, see if they have any special deals—The Sunburnt Cow in New York City is offering $3 burgers.
Another burger-centric way to celebrate the holday: make Australia-shaped patties.
