While packing my things for my holiday visit home to New York, I realized that I'd forgotten to pick up a burger to take with me. Yes, that's right: I occasionally bring burgers along on my transcontinental journeys. In this case, I needed In-N-Out Double Doubles to bring some California holiday cheer to a few lucky New Yorkers. As it turns out, In-N-Out has the Holiday spirit too.

When I got my burger to go, it came to me in a paper bag adorned with all manner of holiday decorations. The family behind In-N-Out is not shy about displaying their religious preferences—if you aren't aware of this, check the bottom of your soda cup next time you get a combination—but this bag displayed "Merry Christmas" and "Feliz Navidad," along with some prominent use of "Happy Hanukkah."
Oh, I've arrived in New York and the Double Double successfully made the journey. It was a little worse for the wear, but I think everyone could still make out that classic taste.
