I've been interested in trying restaurant chain Steak 'N Shake every since reading George Motz's praise for their burger (with other Steak 'N Shake enthusiasts including Roger Ebert, Josh Ozersky, and Kevin Pang). But the chain is mostly located in the Midwest and the South, and I am not. This photo from nicktripp on Flickr isn't helping my craving—I can almost taste the meat crust.
