The 2009 Topps Mayo Football cards include a hamburger card as part of the World's Fair Attractions set. The card reads:

American taste buds were forever changed when the hamburger - a slab of cooked ground beef served between two slices of bread or toast - debuted to the masses at the 1893 World's Fair in Chicago.

The Beckett Blog says that this card is "believed to be the first sports trading card featuring a piece of food." They say that some collectors aren't so happy about potentially finding a burger in their boxes of cards, but Topp's stands behind the burger inclusion.
