Thin, Thin, Thin 14%
< 1/2-inch 44%
1/2 to 1-inch 37%
1 to 1 1/2-inch 5%
1 1/2-inch + 1%

Most people prefer the thinnish < 1/2-inch size—not super thin, nor fat—although not far behind is the next size up, the 1/2 to 1-inch size patty.
