Wow. Talk about fast turnaround. Philip Given must have really liked J. Kenji Lopez-Alt's Fake Shack recipe from today's Burger Lab installment. Philip just sent this over.

I'm currently (as in, having it for dinner in 20 minutes) in the process of making it. Went to market today and got the cuts, came home and just finished prep. Thought you'd enjoy these; I'll send the rest over once eatin' is over.
