Emeril Lagasse to Open Burger Joint in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Per the New Jersey Star-Ledger:

Celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse says his second venture in the Northeast, a casual restaurant at the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem (where he already operates Emeril's Chop House), will be called Burgers and More. Get it? Get it? BAM! ("Nobody gets that," he jokingly laments.)
