Bogus Kobe Beef in Miami

Miami New Times looks into restaurants' misuse of the term "Kobe" in Miami (and across the nation) as describing American Wagyu beef when it should only apply to the black Tajima breed from Japan. The difference may be common sense to many—the lower price of American Wagyu price gives away its origins—but its use is in violation of federal standards and state law.
