The Big Hardee, Now Available at Hardee's

Following Carl's Jr.'s release of the Big Carl, their contender to McDonald's Big Mac, is Hardee's release of the Big Hardee made with three patties (one extra over the Big Carl), two slices of American cheese, shredded lettuce, and Big Twin sauce on a sesame seed bun. The suggested price for the Big Hardee is $2.29. (Wikipedia says the burger was released in 1995, but was brought back now to follow the Big Carl.) [via NRN]

Since Hardees went over to Angus beef they have put out a superior burger. I see McD is following them now.

This looks great but I can't try it right now as this would seriously derail my diet! But I am curious about the calories........
