I recently took a trip to Carl's Jr. to see how their stacked burgers stack up to the beauty shots in real life. The Big Carl was released last month as a cheaper and larger competitor to McDonald's Big Mac. The Six Dollar Burger isn't a new offering, but is a focus in recent ad campaigns to go up against McDonald's newest burgers, the Angus Third Pounders.
