This towering pimento burger topped with pimento cheese, bacon, and mayo comes from Sweet Grass in Bloomington, Indiana. Aubrey of eat.repeat gives thumbs up to the cheese&mdash"yummy, creamy, tangy and greasy in the best kind of way"—but notes that they would only cook the burger medium, not her preferred medium rare. Overall though, the burger was tasty and the patty was quite juicy despite its doneness.
