Dear AHT: Octopus Burger from Mos Burger in Taiwan

Clicking into the AHT inbox, here's a recent recommendation we received.

Not that this is terribly shocking given the other kinds of stuff that Asia has to offer, but searching the archives of AHT (ha... I'm a student and this is how I kill time), I've noticed you guys have never covered the fact that Mos Burger offers an octopus burger in the summer months. For the record, it's all sorts of amazing, and I thought it'd only be fair if those in the US were aware of the marriage between fried octopus and bun. Keep up the good work.

Nicholas tried the octopus burger at a Mos Burger in Taiwan (they also have locations in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Indonesia) and adds that the sauce is what makes it really good. Try it before the season's over!
