Chef Michael Chiarello of Bottega Restaurant in California and contestant on Top Chef Masters appeared on The Early Show to demonstrate how to make the giant six-serving, three-pound, cheese-filled burger ("hamburgese enorme") like the one he served on the show a few weeks ago. I really like Chef Chiarello until that last episode. I love both Chef Keller and Chef Bayless....either winning would be awesome but I think Keller probably will...they're both near flawless.

That's a huge burger.

I have to agree with bearsilber, though, Chiarello asking how to pronounce his name? Telling the other chefs to run around for him? What an egomaniac.

Chiarello is "douchebag enorme."
