Hamburger Festival This Saturday in Seymour, Wisconsin
The 2009 Annual Hamburger Festival is taking place this Saturday, August 8, in Seymour, Wisconsin, known as one of the birthplaces of the hamburger. Activities include a hot air balloon ascension (starts the night before), the World's Largest Hamburger Parade, Hardees Hamburger Eating Contest, a ketchup slide, and the unveiling of a 60-pound burger. Admission is $3 in advance, $5 at the door, with proceeds going toward scholarships and community projects.
