Hamburger Festival This Saturday in Seymour, Wisconsin

20090804-burgerfiesta.jpgThe 2009 Annual Hamburger Festival is taking place this Saturday, August 8, in Seymour, Wisconsin, known as one of the birthplaces of the hamburger. Activities include a hot air balloon ascension (starts the night before), the World's Largest Hamburger Parade, Hardees Hamburger Eating Contest, a ketchup slide, and the unveiling of a 60-pound burger. Admission is $3 in advance, $5 at the door, with proceeds going toward scholarships and community projects.
