From the AHT e-cybermailbag is a letter from a charming French gentleman that I received quite some time ago but neglected to blog. It still holds up, so enjoy. (Note to Jean-Paul: I'm sorry it took me so long to post this.) --The Mgmt.

Hah! Awesome. Thanks, Jean-Paul.
I did a search a while ago for "Andy Warhol" and "hamburger" because he did a neat burger illustration at one point. I ended up finding this video and blogging about it:

Where do you live in France? What's the best burger there?

Hi Adam,
Thanks for your answer.I am one of your French Blog's fan because I am a French Senior Hamburger lover.
I am living in Paris and one of the best Hamburger down town is Joe Allen's: http://www.joeallenrestaurant.com/Paris_Info.html.
I had the pleasure to be at the opening in 1972!!!!!!! Long time ago.
Through you, in September, my first dinner in Frisco, few hours after getting off the plane was Joe's Cable Car Restaurant!!!!!!!!!!! Ouahhhhhhhhhhh.
In October we were in NYC and then P. J. Clarke's (I knew this place from a long time), and, thanks to you, a good hamburger in the park at Shake Shack.
Regards,
Jean-Paul

Jean-Paul,
Thank you for sending the photographs and your notes about Joe's Cable Car and Shake Shack.
This is what makes blogging so fun. I love that we've reached out across the ocean and have made a friend in France!
Vive les hamburgers!
