Most Expensive Burger in the U.S. in Dubuque, Iowa?

Average burger, that is. The Telegraph Herald says that in the latest ACCRA Cost of Living Index, Dubuque, Iowa, was found to have the highest average burger price in the country at $4.29, compared to the national average of $3.12. The cheapest average burger price was found in Charlottesville, Virgina, at $2.09.
