Mushroom Burger: black angus, chef-selected wild mushrooms, truffle aioli on Parkerhouse bun
Tuesday
Salmon Burger: Atlantic farm-raised salmon patty, pickled red onion, spinach pesto on toasted black pepper brioche
Wednesday
Black Angus "Oscar": lump crab meat, asparagus, bearnaise sauce, Parkerhouse bun
Thursday
Pork Burger: ground pork patty topped with maple-glazed braised pork belly,
Michigan apple slaw on toasted Parkerhouse bun
Friday
Foie and Truffle: Kobe beef burger, foie gras, balsamic onion marmalade, brioche bun, truffle fries.
