Texas Burger Guy Is Back After Year-Plus Hiatus

Finally. Texas burger blogger Noel Kersh is back with a review of Koppe Bridge Bar & Grill in College Station, Texas. Last November, Kersh told George "Hamburger America" Motz that he had been taking some time off due to career and family commitments. Nice to see him back on the cow. Let's hope he's up for long ride. [Thanks to Benjamin K. for the heads up.]

Did a Texas burger reviewer just complain because the dominant flavor of his burger was BEEF? WTF? Anyone who whines about tasting beef in his burger and cries for more condiments has zero credibility with me. I say revoke his Texan status.
