Josh Ozersky and I have a friendly rivalry. He refers to me as the "second best meat writer in NY" and as a "Cutlet's Cadet" while I have rechristened him Nosh Absurdsky and claim that I write about food and he about salacious restaurant gossip. But I must give credit where credit is due—the video of his interview and blind tasting on Always Hungry is absolutely superb. Josh expounds on the definition of a hamburger as well as conducts a blind test of some of the New York City's top rated burgers.
